Movement is medicine, literally.
If I could go back in time and ask my doctor to prescribe yoga to me, I would. The physical and mental benefits of regularly practicing yoga will manifest themselves in all avenues of life. Mental health, physical alignment and strength, posture (aka less back, neck, and shoulder pain), mind-body awareness, stress relief(!!), feeling connected, deeper relationships, self-love, confidence, the list goes on. Scientifically speaking, these benefits make perfect sense from the movement and breath aspects of yoga. Getting to feel these benefits for yourself is a whole other experience.
I cannot vouch enough for how much yoga has changed my life, and would not be sharing the practice with you otherwise.

I offer customized classes for individuals and groups for one-time or continuing experiences, priced on a sliding scale (pay-what-you-can) model. My sequences are thoughtfully curated with unique playlists for each class, catered to the specific needs of the student(s). I have experience teaching individuals (beginners, experienced, varsity athletes), groups (at studios and online), and at events (organized by corporations and non-profits). Currently during COVID-19, I am offering socially distant outdoor (for individuals or small groups) or online classes through various platforms.
